Delete your KONNECT account and data

Open account deletion

  1. Sign in to the KCT2U app or website, then open My account → Delete account and data. No guide test or member number is required.
  2. Review the shared website, shopping-app and legacy points-app account scope. Reauthenticate with Google or Apple, then submit the whole-account deletion request.
  3. Our processing window is 7 days from submission. An operator reviews any necessary transaction and settlement retention. Submission is not completion. The in-app status shows the expected date, additional review reasons, and retained categories, reasons and deadlines.
  4. After cleanup, the sign-in account is deleted and the status shows completion. The private receipt saved on this device lets you check the outcome after account deletion.

Data removed

Linked profile, saved cart, guide certificate and answers, consultation proof, activity statistics, membership link, readings, your posts and comments, attached photos and videos, and notification tokens are removed. If other people replied to your post, your title, body, media and author link are removed without deleting their replies. Deleted account data and usable points cannot be restored. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.

Reviewed retention

Transaction, shipping, point-settlement, dispute and anti-abuse evidence is retained only where the operator reviews the actual scope, reason and applicable deadline. No invented blanket retention period is used. Pending transactions or operator ownership handover may require additional review, shown in the status. External store, WhatsApp, email and provider-backup copies follow separate processes.

A support call or email is not required to submit the in-app request. For specific-data deletion or optional help, contact smlcompany2026@gmail.com. Never send passwords or verification codes.

Guest accounts without sign-in

For an anonymous account created by optional usage measurement, choose Delete guest account and usage records on the account deletion screen without registering as a member. Measurement is first turned off on this device. Only the current anonymous account and its own usage statistics are removed. A Google or Apple link, member, order, point or community record pauses this limited deletion for review; it does not expand into whole-member deletion automatically. The same processing window and private receipt apply. Submission is not immediate deletion.
