KONNECT Point Terms

  1. Use your own Google or Apple account; the same account links app and kct2u.com membership and points.
  2. Purchase points apply only to OLIVE YOUNG, MUSINSA and COUPANG orders submitted and verified through KONNECT. Seven days after the verified actual payment time, purchase records and order status are checked before awarding integer points equal to 1% of the goods price in Korean won, excluding shipping and service fees. Points remain on hold if the actual payment time or retailer cannot be verified. Partial refunds, recovery of points already spent and earning new points on amounts paid with points require a confirmed policy and are not processed automatically.
  3. 1P represents KRW 1 for purchase discounts. Earned points expire after one calendar year. IDR discounts use the settlement exchange rate confirmed for the transaction.
  4. Purchase discount requests require at least 10,000P per use. Requests expire after 24 hours and do not reserve a balance. An administrator checks the account and transaction before applying the deduction.
  5. Cookie and tarot each offer one free use per hour. When the rewarded-ad option is available, you may choose to watch an ad for one extra use after the server verifies the reward. A failed, interrupted or unverified ad does not unlock another result. No points are deducted. The next free use is one hour after the new result. Watching an ad does not improve the outcome.
  6. Points are not sold in the app and are not cash withdrawals, transfers or investments. Confirm product price, stock and purchase conditions through the final quotation.
  7. Contact support about errors, unauthorized use or balance disputes. Account deletion and personal information follow the Privacy Policy.

Community point rewards

Information added: 4 October 2026. The community is a relaxed place to share and talk. Signed-in members automatically earn 100P for each new post and 10P for each new comment, with no daily reward count limit. Editing existing content or retrying the same submission does not earn another reward.
